Regional Classes

DonorPerfect now offers hands-on classes for DonorPerfect Online, scheduled around the country and throughout the year. With ample practice time each day, you will receive comprehensive training in data management, reporting and many other features.

Classes Offered:

Mailings and More

This class covers the primary features of DonorPerfect such as producing a mailing and subsequent activities. Creating filters and their use in listings and mailmerge files; entering gifts and producing receipts as well as an introduction to the relevant financial reports that measure the success of mailings. Familiarity with basic system navigation and donor entry is assumed.

Experience Level:
Viewing of the beginner webinar videos, which can also be found by searching Video Tutorials in the Knowledgebase, or attendance at the corresponding live webinars is recommended.

Major Donor Management

This class focuses on advanced data entry and tools that cultivate and track your interaction with major donors. Soft credit gifts, pledges, grant tracking and contact management are reviewed. We'll also explore Smart Actions* as a tool for keeping in touch with major donors. This class is appropriate for those who want to get the most out of DonorPerfect and manage major gifts.
