Happy Customers

Certainly one of the goals of any company is to have happy customers. While I know that we can never have enough happy customers, I was grateful to receive this unsolicited email from a client just last week.

I want to take a minute to thank you for your amazing service. Here at
CureDuchenne, while we've had a DonorPerfect Online account for more than 3
years, we've never actually implemented it into our daily routine. As we
gathered together our disparate databases, we realized this would be a major
undertaking to get it all into one centralized location.
Working with Chad Kashub has been a pleasure. He helped us identify our
needs and directed us to possible solutions. His follow up and quick
response to emails is exemplary of what customer service should be.
Our experience with Bruce Steele was great as he was very helpful in the
needs analysis process. He was very helpful and took the time to answer all
of my questions. I know his service went above and beyond what was stated in
the contract. In addition, everything was done so quickly - way ahead of the
timeframe we had in mind.
Because of that, I'm grateful and congratulate you. I'm proud to recommend
DonorPerfect and its staff to everyone in our circle of influence.
