In addition to our regularly scheduled classes, we offer more individualized training on-site or on a virtual basis. These options are most appropriate when you have specialized training needs or prefer training with your system and data.

On-site Training

One-on-one training at your site is often the most effective and comprehensive way to quickly learn DonorPerfect. We'll show you how to take the best advantage of your system's capabilities and explore how to fully integrate DonorPerfect with how you work. On-site is often a desirable way to train a group of your staff together.

Cost: $1,095/Day* plus travel time and expenses; up to four attendees

Virtual On-Site Training

Using desktop-sharing technology, we can remotely observe your computer’s screen during training. We see what you see and talk you through each step, using your system and data. Great for assistance with a specific project like creating a needed report or customizing screens. Virtual on-site can also help new users quickly understand how to apply general techniques to their specific needs.

Cost: First hour: $195
Each additional hour: $150 (save 23%)

Headquarters Training

One-on-one training at our office in Horsham, PA (suburb of Philadelphia) is an affordable way to learn DonorPerfect for as little or as much time as you need. We'll work with you to design a customized agenda to fit your needs. You'll receive training on your data and your screens in our state-of-the-art conference room. Ideal for local clients or anyone wishing to travel to the Philadelphia area! We're less than one hour from historic Philadelphia.

Cost: $150/hour*
