Release Announcement: New DonorPerfect Workflow Improvements

These small productivity tweaks can help you maximize what you can accomplish daily and help maintain your database.
Delete a Duplicate Donor Record from the Main Screen
Everyone has duplicate records in their system that they discover when performing a search. When this happens, we always recommend clicking on the duplicate donor to validate that their record is no longer needed. In the past, you had to return to the search screen to delete the duplicate record. Now, you can delete the record right from the main screen! Simply click More Actions > Delete Donor. It will delete the duplicate donor record and return you to the previous search screen.

Add or Edit an Export Template While Performing a Mail Merge
When you’re performing a mail merge, the last thing you want to do is exit from the screen to go create or edit an export template. Now, you don’t have to thanks to this awesome suggestion in DP Community! You can add or edit an export template right from the mail merge screen. The options appear right next to the drop down where you select your export template in Mail Merge Options. We love this timesaver!
