One Time Cost: $150/hr, $500 minimum

Design/consultation beyond normal Implementation form layout. It can include graphics creation, advanced CSS/HTML form styling, text and communication suggestions and other creative services related to WebLink forms.

These charges will be in addition to the normal implementation set up form fees
