How does it work?
Visitors to your web site simply click on the appropriate link to access the form that has been created. Forms can consist of one or more steps (optionally including an "item selector" for transaction options and/or payment processing).

The constituent can be e-mailed an acknowledgement (which can include information from their action). Form data can then be easily downloaded and managed within DonorPerfect or DonorPerfect Online.

All online payments are automatically processed and deposited in your designated bank account.

Can I change the WebLink form?
Every online form is customized to capture exactly the information you want, with required or optional fields, and data validation. Currently, set-up and changes are performed by our staff, but we are developing administrative tools to allow clients to make most changes themselves.

What's the difference between WebLink and DonorPages?
WebLink is our system for collecting online donations, pledges, event registrations, etc., and powers the "Donate Now" functionality in DonorPages. DonorPages provides the system for creating and managing individual supporter pages that can help drive others to make a donation.
