Mallory Erickson is an executive coach, fundraising consultant, and host of the podcast What the Fundraising, aimed at supporting nonprofit leaders to fundamentally change the way they lead and fundraise. Kishshana Palmer is an international speaker, trainer, and coach with a 20+ year background in fundraising, marketing, and talent management who helps leaders create high performing teams. Kishshana is CEO of ManageMint, Inc., an organizational development firm focused on helping everyday leaders live well and lead well. Her firm’s work centers on equity and social justice and practical solutions for today’s organizations. She is also the founder of The Rooted Collaborative – a global community focused on the growth and development of women leaders of color in the social sector. She is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), and an AFP Master Trainer, among many other accolades.
Dana Snyder is the founder of Positive Equation and the host of Missions to Movements. As a digital marketing strategist, she’s supported organizations like Movember, Dress for Success, American Idol, and USTA by leveraging the latest digital innovation tools and strategies. Dana frequently gives presentations to help nonprofits use social media ads to transform their online experiences and retain donors with their monthly giving programs.
With 20+ years of experience, Cherian Koshy (CFRE & AFP Master Trainer) is an accomplished consultant and speaker in the nonprofit sector. He is the Director of Development for Des Moines Performing Arts, Chair of Volunteer Iowa, and on the global board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. He’s led several successful multi-million dollar capital campaigns and worked with a wide variety of nonprofits, including the arts, human services, faith-based, and education.
