I’m Stephanie Corey. I am the director of philanthropy for Kendall crosslands communities. We are a retirement community based in Kennett square we serve seniors I have been using DonorPerfect for 10 years she has done a project online a staff were comfortable with DonorPerfect and we realize is that you’ve really got a lot for your money compared to some other options. I really liked being able to use DonorPerfect on a variety of computers at home, I have a Mac so it’s nice to be able to use it there as well as the mobile application which is great for when I’m out and about about to go to a donor meeting. I always like to look up and see what the most recent gift was which fund a donor had given to as well as making sure I have the nicknames correct. We do use a web link form for gifts. And it’s nice because we’re able to offer a variety of funds for donors to pick from on the online donation. So that way has less right in options. We don’t currently do events but in prior organizations we use web link for events and it was great to be able to see the RSVP separate as well as to give people different sponsorship options ticket options reflect all the needs of those attending. I really liked the filters, I can create a report that looks it looks exactly how I want it to look and captures just the visuals I want to capture on I really love the flags field. I use that a lot for really being able to segment lists when it’s time for solicitations. Definitely definite time saved when I was in a previous organization and we made the decision to move to join a Project Online. We tracked how long it took to input gifts as well as to do thank yous and acknowledgments and realize that the system really was going to save us a lot of time and that ended up panning out. I have when I first started using DonorPerfect 10 years ago I got some one on one training on site at DonorPerfect which was really helpful. Since then, I have used a lot of the support, staff calling and it’s really nice to get a live person and for me being in Pennsylvania it’s a local live person
