I do marketing campaigns as the marketing coordinator here, and I like DonorPerfect, because it’s good for integrating donors to email campaigns into platforms like Constant Contact and one of the ways that DonorPerfect has helped is we can input contacts there, and it will add those into Constant Contact forming. This saves me time, and it also adds value and valuable info into the system in a way that ensures we don’t miss out on any contacts. This has worked great for some of our biggest campaigns of the year, namely in winter time, which is when we tend to need it the most for what we call our guests, the people that stay with us. And people want to, you know, donate, and they want to make sure that they they can get it. And so we need to get in front of those people. Those people. And so having the info, such as the reporting provided by DonorPerfect, showing retention rates is really helpful.
