Hi, my name is Joe Gerber, I’m director of domestic operations for loving Shepherd ministries. And we have used the DonorPerfect platform, specifically the DonorPerfect online version for, I’d say five or six, maybe even seven years now. And we have found the software to be very effective and very helpful for us. We’re not a small nonprofit, but we’re not not a huge nonprofit, we’re in that middle middle area. The thing I probably most appreciate about DonorPerfect is that I feel like I’m never alone, using the software. They have tons of great resources in their knowledge base article and their help system. But probably the most beneficial feature for me is this the support line. It’s the best in the business, in my opinion. And that’s across industries. When I call they’re one of our staff calls, they always pick up very quickly with a live person, and 99.9% of the time, they can solve the problem for us. And it’s extremely helpful and it’s extremely useful and we feel like we have a real team of experts working on our team. And and that means a lot so I’ve recommended owner perfect online to lots of nonprofits. I think it’s a great piece of software, lots of nice features. It does everything we really want it to and so again, it’s a it’s a piece of software I would highly recommend, and we’ve we’ve seen it work for us.
