DP Address Updater indicates whether your supporters’ addresses are residential or commercial, and indicates whether or not the addresses in your database are mailable.

You’ll also get wealth screening updates from publicly available demographic information, including income bracket, net worth, home ownership, home market value range, heritage, religion, business ownership, and birth year.

DP Address Updater provides a dashboard that displays nightly refresh results and estimated cost savings from eliminating invalid mailing addresses from your appeal letters.

You can see how many records required updates, any emerging trends from the past 90 days, a dynamic map with details at the region, county, and city levels, and a high-level quality and coverage analysis of your data.
