My name is Jana, and my title at the EOD Warrior Foundation is marketing and administrative specialist. Our mission is to provide financial assistance and support services to wounded injured or ill EOD veterans and their families as well as families of the fallen. I like DonorPerfect because it’s very user friendly. In my opinion. I am pretty adept at using software. But I think anybody can kind of do the click around and you’ll figure it out thing. And if not, you always have software support, either call or chat with, which is one of the things that I have employed many, many, many times over. The support team has been helpful 100% of the time, they’re always friendly, they always help you either walk through, walk through your issue, or help you resolve it. We have two kinds of fundraising that we do, we do foundation events and non foundation events. So our foundation events are three or four events that we do over a one one weekend period in the beginning of May. So we have an EOD auction, and EOD golf tournament, UD Memorial, where we honor the texts that have been killed in action, and then any pod ball. And all of those are centered around fundraising. But there are events that we conduct. But then we also have supporters all across the world really, who put on fundraising events of their own, they can get as creative as they want. And they submit a fundraising request to us and we have some criteria, but we support them in fundraising for us, makes it very easy for our donors or the people that want to engage in the events to go online and register. The client conference has been great, mainly because it’s hard to you know, when you’ve had another user training you you don’t really get as much out of the hat as you would one on one with all of the employees and the people that work in support, you know, on on site with you guys. So that’s been the ultimate, I would recommend DonorPerfect definitely because I think that it is a comprehensive kind of software that you can use not just to track the donors, but for you know, hard data, interpretive data and then doing all the task work along with you know, being an organization that accepts donations
