We made the switch to DonorPerfect payment processing. Because we are trying to centralize all of our information, we’d like to have a one stop shop for volunteers, donations,
any other information that we gather for our nonprofit. So it was really great that we have the opportunity to use one centralized platform for all of our avenues. The switch to DonorPerfect payment processing has been going very well, I created the web link form. And we are in the process of transferring everything over contacting our website designer and development to get it up and running, hopefully within the next few weeks. But there’s been a lot of communication and easy turnaround when we’ve had questions. So it’s been going great, so far, very easy to navigate. And you know, you can use the web forms for volunteers.
Right now, I just found out that is.

The tools that we’re going to use within the payment processing are definitely the web link. The recurring donation, because we have about 10 recurring donors that we’re bringing over from the old system to the new. And DP mobile would be fantastic, because we do a lot of events. So having an on site tool to use, right there would be great. And also we have with some of our events. If we have a silent auction, or we have something where somebody wants to give an additional gift, it’d be nice to just do that on site and enter the information. While we’re seeing it firsthand. I opted for on site training, because I learned, I learned better firsthand. And also proximity, it just seemed like the easy way to do it for my colleague and I. And it was fantastic. And then we could ask questions in real time and see examples. And it was it was absolutely wonderful. Training with DonorPerfect is excellent. Janet was so knowledgeable she in just an hour taught me so many things that I didn’t know. And I’ve been using DonorPerfect for about three years at New leash on life, so I can’t wait to get home to use it.
What I learned today is that it’s very user friendly. And we can customize it to our needs and wants and really, really individualize it to our organization. What I love about DonorPerfect is that it’s user friendly, it’s customizable. The support staff is amazing, and everything is all in one place. I think our intention to use DonorPerfect in the future would be hopefully if possible to have it be the only platform that we use. It’s capable now of managing the volunteers and also taking our donations and really I think I hope in the future we can just log in and you have everything we need in one place. I intend to use DonorPerfect for every single thing we do. DonorPerfect, awesome.
