DPCNC: Nonprofit Networking and Fundraising Strategy
Helping nonprofits raise more money for their mission has been our goal ever since we got started. Our primary method is via our fundraising software and associated products and services. We’ve extended that help by providing blog articles, Expert Webcasts and e-books to show how you can use DonorPerfect as a key ingredient in your fundraising strategies.
Our Community Network Conference is the ultimate expression of this effort. This will be our eighth conference, and every year it gets bigger and better, with hundreds of clients throughout North America (and beyond) converging on downtown Philly for two days of terrific sessions from experts in fundraising and DonorPerfect.
Here’s just a sample of what they’ll learn:
- The Markers of Philanthropy, presented by DonorSearch’s Vice President of Strategic Partnerships Ryan Woroniecki, highlights significant findings from a new study on the top indicators of likely major gift prospects and shows how they fit in nicely to your DonorPerfect Fundraising Software.
- 86% of nonprofits find email marketing to be an effective marketing tool for their organization (Constant Contact/CMB Study), but how do you do it right? The experts in email marketing – Constant Contact, will discuss how to use email to increase the reach of your donation campaigns. They’ll teach best practices for email campaigns, show how to get in front of more supporters, and provide real world examples from other nonprofits.
- Did you know that 50% of the success of your appeals comes from targeting your donors the right way? Did you also know that direct mail is still one of the most cost-effective and responsive ways to appeal to your donors? Fundraising expert Erica Waasdorp discusses how best to use your donor base to segment your donors and how to develop the best approach for each group. Attendees will learn how to create a plan for the year to raise more money from your donors to support your mission.
- As the end of the year draws near, nonprofits and fundraisers are setting their sights on success in the New Year. Given the reduction in government funding and exciting developments in technology, what can you do to ensure 2018 is prosperous and full of impact? Our dynamic keynote, Darian Rodriguez Heyman, author of Nonprofit Fundraising 101, shares his top tips, including how to think big, the importance of getting out of our own way, and practical insights for harnessing the transformative potential of online giving, social media, and mobile.
There will be many opportunities for networking with speakers and fellow nonprofits, which greatly adds to the learning experience. In addition, lots of great sponsors, with tools and services to help our clients expand their fundraising, will be on hand to provide demos and info. Plus, all attendees will get one-on-one time with DonorPerfect developers, support staff, and executives to learn more about DonorPerfect, and to provide feedback and suggestions.
We’re not sure who enjoys DPCNC more, our clients or us! We love getting to meet them in person, hear their amazing stories of service, and help them fulfill their mission. We can’t wait to see everyone there! (If you miss this year, don’t worry, we’ll be back next year at the convention center so we’ll see you then!)
