SmartActions is like having a virtual assistant to keep you and your staff on top of important tasks. You will save time, ensure desired actions and reduce mistakes. It enables you to set up actions that DonorPerfect will automatically carry out when specified trigger conditions are met. For example, you can set up a smart action business rule so that any donor that has given over $5,000 should receive a phone call from the executive director. You can set up as many actions as you’d like, and automatically create pop up alerts and reminders, send emails, enter data into fields and launch websites to follow through with the actions. You can also set up and trigger SmartActions with newly imported data.
