Dana Snyder is the founder of Positive Equation and the host of Missions to Movements. As a digital marketing strategist, she’s supported organizations like Movember, Dress for Success, American Idol, and USTA by leveraging the latest digital innovation tools and strategies. Dana frequently gives presentations to help nonprofits use social media ads to transform their online experiences and retain donors with their monthly giving programs.
Cherian Koshy, CFRE and CAP® is a pioneering leader in the social impact sector with over 25 years of experience. As a member of the global board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, he’s shaped global philanthropic standards. Cherian also received the 2022 Governor’s Volunteer Award for his work as chair of Volunteer Iowa. His NonprofitOS, an AI-driven platform, revolutionized the sector, leading to its acquisition by Kindsight. As Kindsight’s VP of Product Strategy, Koshy melds technology with strategic impact, offering insights that transcend industries. An international speaker, LinkedIn Top Voice, and Forbes Nonprofit Council member, his expertise is recognized globally, making him a valued thought leader for those in social impact, business, and technology sectors.
Named as a top thought leader and one to follow by Forbes and LinkedIn for Nonprofits, Julia Campbell is a nonprofit digital consultant, speaker, and author on a mission to make the digital world a better place. Host of the acclaimed Nonprofit Nation podcast, she’s written two books for nonprofits on social media and storytelling, and her online courses, webinars, and talks have helped hundreds of nonprofits shift to digital thinking.
Lynne Wester strongly believes that donor relations are the key to unlocking fundraising success and that organizations should be as dedicated to the donor experience as they are to the ask itself.
Lynne regularly lends her fundraising expertise to national publications and co-hosts the number-one nonprofit podcast in the world, Fundraising is Funny. Known for positively disrupting the status quo, Lynne helps organizations when they need it the most – when a crisis or opportunity arrives. Lynne and her teammates at The DRG Group partners with nonprofits large and small to develop sound strategies and create meaningful donor engagements to impact their bottom line.

Meena Das (she/her) is the CEO, consultant, and facilitator of NamasteData and Data Is For Everyone. Namaste Data focuses on advancing data equity for nonprofits and social impact agencies, while Data Is For Everyone provides tools and resources to help people learn how to navigate the world of data. Meena specializes in designing and teaching equitable research tools and analyzing engagement. She supports nonprofits in three critical areas: data collection assessments, community surveys, and staff workshops on improving data equity and human-centric algorithms. Roberta (Robbe) A. Healey, MBA, NHA, ACFRE, Founding Member of Aurora Philanthropic Consulting, brings more than four decades of diverse experience, insight, and success to philanthropic fundraising consulting, strategic planning, board governance, and nonprofit organization management. Highly regarded and sought after, she has worked with more than 150 organizations.
As a sector leader, she has served on the Board of Directors and Global Ethics Committee for the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), working to keep the AFP Code of Ethics current. Also committed to community service, she has served on several nonprofit boards, and these days, you will find her outdoors serving with the Natural Lands Force of Nature team every chance she gets.
As Founder and Customer Happiness Director of Beeline, Chris Barlow is thankful to help nonprofits grow their mission and donor base through digital marketing, specifically Google Grants, Bing, and Facebook Ads.
